Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how LuvAI (“the studio,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you visit luvai.net (“this site”). LuvAI is a one-person independent studio operated by Sakuya from Taipei, Taiwan. The studio's flagship product, PromptCraft, is hosted on a separate domain (prompt.luvai.net) with its own privacy policy.

What we collect on luvai.net

luvai.net is a primarily-static studio site. We do not require accounts, we do not host comment sections, and we do not collect any first-party personally identifiable information from visitors. The data that does reach us comes through standard web mechanisms:

• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, request path, response code, timestamp — for the purposes of security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic analysis. These logs are short-lived and we do not associate them with individual identities.
• Cookies and similar storage. We use a small number of functional cookies (described below) and may permit advertising cookies set by Google AdSense subject to your consent.
• Email. If you email us at hello@luvai.net, we will of course see your email address and the contents of your message. We use that information only to reply to you.

Cookies

Cookies on luvai.net fall into two categories:

• Functional cookies. A small set of cookies remembering things like your cookie-consent choice. These are required for the site to operate correctly.
• Advertising cookies. If you consent, third-party advertising vendors — most notably Google, through Google AdSense — may set cookies on your browser. These cookies allow ads to be served and, in some cases, personalized based on your browsing history.

Your consent choice is stored locally and respected on subsequent visits. You can change it at any time by clearing your cookies and reloading the site.

Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)

luvai.net participates in the Google AdSense program. Some disclosures are required as a condition of participation:

• Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You may also opt out of third-party vendor cookie use for personalized advertising via aboutads.info.
• If you have not granted consent for personalized advertising, we instruct AdSense to serve only non-personalized ads on this site.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to count visits to luvai.net in an aggregate, anonymized form. IP addresses are anonymized before any analytics processing. If you have not granted advertising/analytics consent, analytics tracking is disabled for your session via Google's Consent Mode.

Data processors and international transfers

luvai.net itself does not maintain its own analytics or advertising infrastructure. Where the site uses third-party services, those services act as data processors on the studio's behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, request logs, basic security; data may be processed in the United States or in regional edge locations.
• Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google AdSense). Aggregate analytics and advertising; data is processed in the United States and other Google data centers worldwide.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, this means personal data (including IP addresses and cookie identifiers) may be transferred to and processed in the United States. These transfers rely on Google's and Cloudflare's respective Standard Contractual Clauses and other legal transfer mechanisms published in their own privacy documentation.

Data retention

luvai.net does not maintain user accounts or persistent first-party records about visitors. Server logs are retained for a short period (typically less than 30 days) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. Email correspondence is retained as long as it's relevant to the conversation, and is deleted on request. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to Google's default retention policies (2 to 14 months depending on the data type).

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or port personal data we hold about you. Because luvai.net does not maintain user accounts, the data we directly hold is normally limited to short-lived server logs and any email correspondence you've initiated. To exercise any rights, contact us at hello@luvai.net.

For data held by our third-party processors (Google, Cloudflare), you may also need to exercise rights directly with them — for example, by visiting Google's Data & privacy controls for analytics/ads opt-outs and data exports.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with a designated data protection supervisory authority, you have the right to file a complaint with that authority about how your personal data is handled. We'd also welcome you raising the concern with us directly first via hello@luvai.net so we have a chance to address it.

Children

luvai.net is intended for a general adult audience. The studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, post a notice on the home page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
