These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the luvai.net website (the “Site”), operated by LuvAI, a one-person independent studio based in Taipei, Taiwan. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About this site

luvai.net is the studio's parent-brand site. It hosts information about the studio, long-form essays in the journal, and links to the studio's products. The flagship product, PromptCraft, is hosted on a separate domain (prompt.luvai.net) and operates under its own separate terms of service.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or excessive load.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract content from the Site for redistribution without permission.
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications or for any fraudulent purpose.

All written content on luvai.net — including journal posts, about-page text, product descriptions, and the visual design of the Site — is the property of LuvAI / Sakuya unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not republish entire posts or substantial portions thereof without prior written permission. The Site contains links to other websites, including prompt.luvai.net and various third-party AI tool vendors referenced in the journal. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, and including a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The studio makes no guarantee that the information on the Site is current, complete, or error-free. Where the Site describes the studio's products, those descriptions are provided in good faith and do not constitute a binding specification.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither LuvAI nor its operator shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taipei, Taiwan.
